More recently some chinese foodtruck apear on the market. These trailers are marketed as stainless steel airstream type foodtrucks. Needless to point out it has got little to do with an Airstream or any other aircraft style brand trailers. Th units do not comply with EU regulations and are made from stainless steel. We may add that the quality of chinese stainless steel can vary great from what we use in Europe.
Furthermore we can add that there is a solid reason why most manufacturers use aluminium shells. It is more lightweight and is not as stiff as steel. It is not advisable to use stiff materials in combination with rivets.
